Returns Policy

This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from Vee Scent, whether online or in-store.

We sincerely apologize if your purchase does not meet your expectations. Our return and exchange policy is inspired by the Sunnah, emphasizing fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• At least 80% of the perfume or attar must remain in the bottle.
• The policy applies to all products purchased from Vee Scent.
• A valid reason must be provided.
• Product photos or videos are required for verification before approval.

Refunds & Deductions

• No deductions or additional charges apply to eligible returns or replacements.
• Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days after receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• Bank processing times may vary.

Online Purchases

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Please share the tracking number and reason for return.
• Send product photos/videos via WhatsApp at +92 339-0006092.
• Our team will guide you through the return and refund process after approval.

In-Store Purchases

• Please present the original bill or stamped invoice.
• A reason is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
• Photos/videos can also be shared on WhatsApp for pre-approval.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Share the reason and product photos/videos via WhatsApp.
• After approval, our team will provide return instructions.
• Replacement orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after receiving the item.

Important Notice

If an issue occurs from our side — such as a wrong item, broken bottle, leakage, or packing error — we will dispatch a replacement immediately.

If an exchange is requested due to customer-related reasons (wrong order, misunderstanding, or fragrance preference), the standard exchange procedure applies.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
• Tracking details are shared via Email and WhatsApp after dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.
• Some areas may take 4–5 business days depending on courier schedules.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer standard delivery across Pakistan. Delivery options and charges are visible during checkout.

4. Shipping Rates

• Free Delivery: Orders above PKR 3,000.
• Standard Shipping: PKR 200 for orders below PKR 3,000.

5. Taxes

All listed product prices include 18% Government of Pakistan tax (for registered businesses).

6. Shipping Availability

Currently, Vee Scent delivers within Pakistan only.

8. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, natural events, or public holidays.

9. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@veescent.pk.

Tracking details are shared via Email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
