Refund & Exchange Policy – Vee Scent

This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from Vee Scent , whether online or in-store.

We sincerely apologize if your purchase does not meet your expectations. Our return and exchange policy is inspired by the Sunnah, emphasizing fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. At least 80% of the perfume or attar must remain in the bottle.

  2. The policy applies to all products purchased from Vee Scent.

  3. A valid reason must be provided (e.g., personal preference, wrong item received, or damage).

  4. Product photos or videos are required for verification before approval.

Refunds & Deductions

  • No deductions or additional charges apply to eligible returns or replacements.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Online Purchases

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Please share the tracking number and reason for return.

In-Store Purchases

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Please present your original bill or stamped invoice.

  3. A reason is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

Exchanges

  1. Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Share the reason and product photos/videos via WhatsApp.

  3. After approval, our team will provide the return address and instructions.

  4. Dispatch the item and share the courier slip or tracking number.

  5. Once received, the replacement order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Important Notice

  • If an issue occurs from our side—such as a wrong item, broken bottle, leakage, or packing error—we will dispatch a replacement immediately. The rider will collect the incorrect item at the time of delivery.

  • If an exchange is requested due to customer-related reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong product, misunderstanding the item, or fragrance preference), the standard exchange procedure applies. In such cases, bargaining or special exceptions will not be entertained.
